Charles H. Eagan, CPA
CHARLES H. EAGAN has been practicing as a Certified Public Accountant since 1970. His diversified client experience includes performing audit and assurance service for clients ranging from large multinational billion dollar enterprises to start-up closely-held businesses. Charles has extensive experience in the manufacturing, construction and professional services sectors of business. He has been involved in numerous acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations and is especially talented in the fields of transactional accounting and forensic projects. He is a frequent speaker on various accounting and auditing topics. Prior to founding Clyne Eagan & Associates in 1983, Charles was with Price Waterhouse.

John M. Clyne, CPA
JOHN M. CLYNE, JR. is a CPA and Tax Attorney. Since 1983, John has been a partner in the firm of Clyne Eagan & Associates, P.A., and president of The Law Offices of John M. Clyne, Jr., P.A. John Clyne engages in the delivery of high-caliber tax services to individuals, closely-held businesses and their owners. John is recognized as a leading tax expert by the business community and by other tax professionals in New Jersey. He is knowledgeable in all areas of tax law and is particularly adept at minimizing detrimental tax effects in business transactions and intergenerational wealth transfers. Additional tax specialties include: Section 1031 exchange transactions, estate planning, estate administration, taxation of private foundations, tax planning for business dispositions and acquisitions, and interstate tax planning for individuals.
John has been a guest on radio shows and has been quoted by The Wall Street Journal and other publications as a tax expert. Prior to 1983, John was a tax specialist with Price Waterhouse and had practiced tax as both a certified public accountant and an attorney.

Paul J. Fuller, CPA
PAUL J. FULLER joined Clyne Eagan in 1989, bringing with him extensive auditing experience. Paul has since been responsible for the performance of accounting and auditing services for a significant portion of the firm's client base. Prior to joining Clyne Eagan, Paul was a member of the audit department of Ernst & Young for five years, having spent a year in the firm’s London office as part of the firm's exchange program. Paul also worked in RJR Nabisco's internal audit department for two years, performing financial and operational audits of various corporate and manufacturing operations, traveling extensively throughout North America, Southeast Asia and New Zealand.

Paul S. Archbold, CPA
PAUL S. ARCHBOLD, has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1992. Paul is distinguished as the first partner of Clyne Eagan & Associates to have commenced his career with Clyne Eagan, having joined the firm directly after graduating from Hofstra University with a distinguished academic record. Paul spends a substantial portion of his time in forensic accounting and valuation cases, including business disputes and divorces, as well as revenue and asset deflection controversies. Additionally Paul spends substantial time advising clients in the professional services industry on performance based compensation issues and on complex income and tax related allocations for limited liability companies and self-employed individuals. Paul has been a featured speaker in the continuing professional education forums of professional and business organizations and is responsible for overseeing the firm's administration of ESOPs and Employee Benefit Programs.
